  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule and inquiries.
  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt-Out & Help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or phone number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. For assistance, reply “HELP” at any time.
  • Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at reservations@williamsburgpethotel.com  or call (314) 742-3482.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
